After anodic oil removal, soak 1% sulfuric acid and 0.1% salt acid solution at room temperature for lmin, then electroplating can be carried out.
If there is a thick oxide skin on the surface, it is necessary to pickling first, the method is to soak in 8%-20% hot sulfuric acid (45 ~ 60℃), and then light out in the following solution: nitric acid 330ml/L, hydrofluoric acid 100ml/L, hydrochloric acid 30ml/L, the temperature is 50 ~ 60℃, and the time is 1 ~ 10min.
